Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Union County, Indiana. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets You will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
