We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator in San Bernardino County, California. On the job you will handle: • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains Requirements: • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances Full-time, day shift.
