You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate On the job you will handle: • Season and marinate meat on request • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone Full-time, day shift.
