Great opportunity: we are hiring a precision welder in Ogbaru, Anambra State. The job is in a food and dairy equipment factory. Day-to-day duties: • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode What we are looking for: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Own basic hand tools and PPE At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
