Urgent requirement: sand plant operator (Michigan)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Otsego County, Michigan. You will melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant. Requirements: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Basic grinding and fettling skills Six days a week, one day off.
