Pipe TIG welder wanted in Lincoln County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Lincoln County, Minnesota. The role involves grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec. Requirements: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
