What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Day-to-day duties: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
