Reinforcement fitter wanted in White County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in White County, Georgia. You will be based on an infrastructure project such as a metro or flyover. Ideal candidate: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling Day to day you will cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors.
