The role involves: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Six days a week, one day off.
