Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Geary County, Kansas. On a typical shift you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls.
