Powder coating sprayer • Kootenai County, Idaho

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Kootenai County, Idaho. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime Your main tasks: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating 2+ years on the tools preferred. $240 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
