Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Beaufort County, South Carolina. The job is at an automotive components factory. On the job you will handle: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms 4+ years on the tools preferred.
