Gas installation technician • Davie County, North Carolina

Now hiring: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Davie County, North Carolina. You will be based on residential and apartment building sites. Ideal candidate: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces The role involves: • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply 2+ years on the tools preferred.
