Powder coating technician wanted in Chesterfield County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Chesterfield County, South Carolina. You will work in a busy paint shop. The role involves: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
