Now hiring: we are hiring a building site helper in Gage County, Nebraska. You will work on a residential housing site. The role involves stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer. You should have: • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions Full-time with occasional weekends.
