Urgent requirement: PVC window installer (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a PVC window installer in Lubbock County, Texas. You will work on site fitting windows in new-build flats. Your main tasks: • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash You should have: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits 2+ years on the tools preferred.
