Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Giles County, Tennessee. On the job you will handle: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
