Cnc turning machinist — Sagadahoc County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Sagadahoc County, Maine. You will work at an auto-components manufacturing unit. The role involves: • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
