Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coater in Douglas County, Kansas. The job is at an automotive components factory. The role involves: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. We offer $22 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
