Powder coating technician • Baldwin County, Georgia

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Baldwin County, Georgia. You will be based at an automotive components factory. On the job you will handle: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Rotating shifts.
