Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Day to day you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service.
