Lift maintenance fitter • Bowman County, North Dakota

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Bowman County, North Dakota. You will be based at a busy lift company. On a typical shift you will install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
