What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Your main tasks: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Meals and transport allowance provided.
