Join our team: we are hiring a finishing presser in Lee County, Iowa. You will work at a garment factory. Day-to-day duties: • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments Ideal candidate: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
