Final inspection operator — Stafford County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a final inspection operator in Stafford County, Kansas. You will be based at a food processing unit. You should have: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor Day-to-day duties: • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
