The role involves: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Part-time with flexible hours.
