Coating plant operator — Umu-Nneochi

Immediate opening: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Umu-Nneochi, Abia State. You will work in a busy paint shop. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. ₦75,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
