Electrostatic spray painter wanted in Waseca County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Waseca County, Minnesota. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
