Heavy equipment operator — Rusk County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Rusk County, Texas. You will work in an open-cast mine. Day-to-day duties: • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material Requirements: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Understanding of safe digging near underground services At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
