Gas installation technician — Sac County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Sac County, Iowa. The role involves set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
