Your main tasks: • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer Requirements: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator 1+ years on the tools preferred.
