Excavator operator • Livingston County, Missouri

We are recruiting: we are hiring an excavator operator in Livingston County, Missouri. You will work at a plant hire yard. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely Requirements: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance 3+ years on the tools preferred.
