Meat cutter wanted in Colfax County

Now hiring: we are hiring a meat cutter in Colfax County, New Mexico. Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers You will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
