Immediate opening: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Nowata County, Oklahoma. You will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 1+ years on the tools preferred.
