Vacancy available: we are hiring a grill cook in Chester County, Pennsylvania. Your main tasks: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Full-time with occasional weekends.
