You should have: • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine Day to day you will follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving.
