Forklift operator wanted in Alger County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a forklift operator in Alger County, Michigan. The job is on a factory shop floor. On a typical shift you will load and unload pallets from trucks and shipping containers; keep gangways clear and observe the site speed limit; assist with stock takes and cycle counting; carry out pre-shift checks on the forks, tyres, mast and hydraulics; top up the hydraulic oil and grease the mast chains; position the forks square and tilt the mast to secure the load. You should have: • Able to read pick lists and operate an RF scanner • Good awareness of load stability and health and safety • Comfortable working in cold store or chilled areas 5+ years on the tools preferred.
