Escalator technician wanted in Saint Charles Parish

Great opportunity: we are hiring an escalator technician in Saint Charles Parish, Louisiana. Your main tasks: • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake What we are looking for: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance Six days a week, one day off.
