QC inspector wanted in Nome Census Area

Vacancy available: we are hiring a QC inspector in Nome Census Area, Alaska. Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols The role involves: • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
