Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in Guernsey County, Ohio. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. The role involves: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Six days a week, one day off.
