Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Your main tasks: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
