Immediate opening: cold store insulation technician (Arizona)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cold store insulation technician in Cochise County, Arizona. The job is on a high-rise façade. Requirements: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges On a typical shift you will lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations.
