Delivery truck driver — Buchanan County

Now hiring: we are hiring a delivery truck driver in Buchanan County, Iowa. You will be based at a haulage company. Day-to-day duties: • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars You should have: • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence Full-time with occasional weekends.
