Advanced scaffolder — Tioga County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an advanced scaffolder in Tioga County, Pennsylvania. You will work on a residential housing development. Day-to-day duties: • Hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely You should have: • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
