Now hiring: we are hiring a GTAW welder in Hooker County, Nebraska. You will work in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. On a typical shift you will sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel.
