Day to day you will call customers for directions or to retry a missed delivery; carry the vehicle papers (RC, insurance, licence) on every run; collect cash-on-delivery payments and issue the receipt; ride the two-wheeler through city traffic to reach delivery addresses; handle fragile and perishable items with care in transit; keep the cold bag at temperature for food orders.
