Scullery hand • Stafford County, Kansas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Stafford County, Kansas. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Day to day you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles.
