Urgent requirement: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Lincoln County, Minnesota. On the job you will handle: • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing Full-time with occasional weekends.
