We are recruiting: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Greenlee County, Arizona. You will work at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. Day-to-day duties: • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose Requirements: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Willing to work shifts and overtime At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
