What we are looking for: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory Day-to-day duties: • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Give each garment a final press before packing • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
